MSR Certification Course

MSR Certification Courses provide 16 hours of continuing education credits.

This course offers in-person, hands-on intensive training with Dr. Abelson over a two-day period.

Annual MSR certification status can be maintained through online courses or in-person seminars for two years.

  • All certified practitioners are required to renew their certification in-person every three years.

Whole-Body Course Outline

General Format
  • Section overview, summary, contraindications.
  • Movie - overview of technique.
  • Instructor demonstration in groups.
  • Hands on Workshop.
  • Basic MSR Procedures, Fascial Expansions, Specific Procedure Development.
Day 1- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  4. Adductor Abdominal Connection
  5. MSR Treatment Algorithm (Fascial Expansions leading to customized treatment development)

Section Two – Low Back & Sciatica

  1. Increasing Lumbopelvic Mobility
  2. Hip Flexor Release
  3. Releasing the Iliopsoas Insertion
  4. Releasing the Deep Paraspinals

Cervical Region

  1. The Rooster Neck Release
  2. Sub Occipital Hair Pull Release
  3. Treatment Algorithm (Fascial Expansions to Specific Procedure Development).
